MONROE - One person was injured in a one-vehicle accident around 9:30 a.m. Monday in the W5100 block of Round Groves Road. Deputies report a vehicle driven by Nicholas J. Krattiger, 21, Monroe, left the road and overturned after Krattiger was distracted by a dog in the vehicle. Krattiger was not wearing his seat belt and was ejected from the vehicle. He was taken to Monroe Clinic for injuries. The vehicle received extensive damage and was towed. Krattiger was cited for a seat belt violation.

• One person was injured in a one-vehicle accident around 9:15 p.m. Monday on Meyers Road at Haney Road. Deputies report a vehicle driven by Jordan J. Knox, 18, Monroe, failed to negotiate a curve, slid sideways into a ditch, hit a tree and rolled over. Knox was not wearing a seat belt. He was taken to Monroe Clinic by Green County Emergency Medical Services. He was cited for failure to maintain control of a vehicle and a seat belt violation. Other charges are pending.

• A vehicle driven by Bailey B. Frontz, 18, Monroe, hit a deer around 10:15 a.m. in the W5700 block of Wisconsin 11. The vehicle received moderate damage.

• A vehicle driven by James R. Drafall, 56, Monroe, hit a deer around 3:15 p.m. Monday in the N200 block of Wis. 69. The vehicle received moderate damage.

• A vehicle driven by Gregory E. Smythe, 35, Janesville, hit a deer around 6:15 p.m. Monday in the W4800 block of County KK. The vehicle received minor damage.

DARLINGTON - A vehicle driven by Sandra K. Eicher, 50, Gratiot, hit a deer around 7 a.m. on Dublin Road in Gratiot township.

• A vehicle driven by Dallas A. Tourdot, 18, Monroe, hit a deer around 8:45 p.m. Monday on Wis. 81 in Lamont township.
