DARLINGTON - A vehicle driven by Johnnie Bell, 40, Blanchardville, hit a deer at about 8:45 p.m. Saturday on County N in Argyle township.

• A vehicle driven by Enos Showalter, 61, Gratiot, hit a deer at about 9:30 p.m. on Larse Road in Gratiot township.

• A vehicle driven by Jenilyn Venden, 33, South Wayne, hit a deer at about 9:15 p.m. on Springbrook Road in Wiota township.

Green County Sheriff

MONROE - Jesse A. Gibson, 25, Belleville, was arrested for drunken driving, failure to maintain control of a vehicle, violating driver's license restrictions and possession of drug paraphernalia following a one-vehicle accident at about 4:45 a.m. Sunday in the N5200 block of Church Road. Deputies report Gibson's vehicle left the road and overturned. The vehicle received extensive damage and was towed.

• Margaret A. Ryser, 57, New Glarus, was arrested for drunken driving and driving with a prohibited alcohol concentration following a one-vehicle accident at about 6:15 p.m. Saturday on Wisconsin 39 west of Wis. 78. Deputies report her vehicle failed to negotiate a curve, rolled and came to rest in a driveway. She was injured but declined medical transport. She was released pending court. The vehicle received extensive damage and was towed.

• One person was injured in a one-vehicle accident at about 12:30 a.m. Saturday in the N5300 block of Buckskin Road. Deputies report a vehicle driven by Laurie A. Lewis, 42, Brodhead, crossed the center line, left the road and hit an embankment. Lewis was injured but declined medical treatment. She was cited for failure to maintain control of a vehicle and released pending court. The vehicle received extensive damage and was towed.
