MONROE - One person was injured in a one-vehicle accident at about 10 p.m. Thursday on Wisconsin 11 at County GG in Spring Grove township. Deputies report Ian A. Yehling, 38, Rockford, was westbound on Wisc. 81 when he failed to stop at the stop sign at County GG, went through the intersection and collided with a sign at the southwest corner. Yehling continued through a field, and the vehicle came to a stop in a driveway. Yehling sustained an injury but declined medical attention. The vehicle sustained severe damage and was towed from the scene.
Yehling was arrested for second offense operating a motor vehicle while under the influence, failure to maintain control of motor vehicle, failure to stop at stop sign, operating left of center, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. Yehling was released after posting bond.
• No one was injured in a one-vehicle accident at about 7 a.m. Friday in the W5200 block of County KK. Deputies report a vehicle driven by Theron J. Olson, 70, Monroe, attempted to turn into a driveway but went into a ditch. The vehicle received minor damage.
