New Glarus Police

NEW GLARUS - At 9:25 p.m. Thursday, March 7, police assisted a motorist that thought the snowmobile trail was a frontage road to Subway in the 1300 block of Wisconsin 69. The vehicle was removed unscathed. There was no damage to the trail.

Green County Sheriff

MONROE - Kimberly A. Indergand, 30, Monticello, was uninjured in a deer vs. vehicle collision reported at 10:38 p.m. Friday, March 8, in the W6200 block of County C in the Washington Township. The vehicle was moderately damaged and driven from the scene.

• Andrew R. Smith, 36, Brodhead, was uninjured in a deer vs. vehicle collision reported at 7:23 a.m. Sunday, March 10, in the W1100 block of Decatur Road in the Decatur Township. The vehicle sustained minor damage and was driven from the scene.

Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - Ashley J. Cullen, 39, Platteville, reported at 9:07 p.m. Friday, March 8, that she hit a deer on Red School Road in Elk Grove Township.

• Deidrik S. Rear, 31, Argyle, reported at 2:34 p.m. Sunday, March 10, that the day before he was southbound on Wis. 78 in Gratiot Township when he got too close to the shoulder of the road, veered into the ditch and came to a rest near the bank of the Pecatonica River. Due to the flooding in the area Sunday, his 2011 Ford F250 slid into the river and became submerged.
