NEW GLARUS - No injuries reported during a two-vehicle accident at 6:45 p.m. Friday, in the 200 block of 11th Avenue. Pamela J. Beyer, 38, Belleville, was backing out of a driveway when she hit a legally parked car, owned by Timothy G. Mihael, 48, New Glarus. There was moderate damage to both vehicles.

MONROE - No injuries reported during a one-vehicle accident at 4:36 a.m. Friday, on Mt. Hope Road near Giese Road in Spring Grove Township. Paul Ramirez Castro, 23, Brodhead, was northbound on Mt. Hope Road when he failed to negotiate a curve. The vehicle entered the ditch and received moderate damage. The vehicle remained on scene until the owner could arrange a tow.
- Timothy C. Stechschulte, 48, Argyle, reported hitting a deer at 9:56 p.m. Friday in the West 2700 Block of County C, in the Town Mt. Pleasant. Stechschulte was traveling westbound on County C when he hit a deer. The vehicle received moderate damage and was driven from the scene.
- Minor injuries reported during a one-vehicle accident at 6:13 a.m. Saturday on Wis. 92, west of Freidig Road in the Town of Brooklyn. Patricia A Jelle, 53, Brooklyn was eastbound on Wis. 92, when she lost control of her vehicle while negotiating a curve. Jelle entered the ditch, colliding with a wire fence. A passenger, Melissa Ann Jelle, 22, Brooklyn, received minor injuries.
- Deputies responded to a hit-and-run accident report at 7:57 a.m. Saturday at a residence on Mt. Hope Road, in the Town of Spring Grove. The incident occurred sometime during the night of June 2, or in the early morning of June 3. An investigation found that an unknown vehicle left Mt. Hope Road and collided with a septic system, then left the scene without reporting the crash. The crash remains under investigation.
