Green County Sheriff

MONROE - No injuries were reported during a one-vehicle accident at 9:34 a.m. Thursday on Wisconsin 11, near County G, in the Town of Spring Grove. Reports indicate Connie Mueller, 71, Monroe, was eastbound when she hit a deer. Mueller and her husband, Gotthold Mueller, 79, Monroe, were not injured. The vehicle received moderate front driver's side damage and was driven from the scene.

• No injuries reported during a one-vehicle accident at 9:16 p.m. Thursday on County J, north of Thoman Rd, in the Town of Adams Township. Reports indicate that a Green County Sheriff's deputy, Joseph T. Youngblood, 25, Monroe, was driving a Green County Sheriff Department squad northbound when he hit with a raccoon. The collision caused minor damage to the squad car. Monticello Police Department completed the crash report.

Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - Injuries were reported during a two-vehicle accident at 6:54 a.m. Thursday on County O in the Town of Seymour. Reports indicate Joseph G. Hull, 18, Darlington, was northbound and began to slow down at the crest of a hill. Lincoln J. Bryson, 20, Darlington, was following Hull and hit Hull. The Lafayette County Highway Department pick-up trucks Hull and Bryson were driving received damage and were towed from the scene. Bryson and the passenger in Hull's vehicle, Nicolas A. Ciaverotti, 18, Darlington, were transported by private vehicle for injuries received in the accident. Bryson was cited for failure to control.
