NEW GLARUS - Jonathan M. Bernard, 28, New Glarus, was cited for failure to stop at a stop sign, driving too fast for conditions, failure to report an accident, and driving a vehicle without insurance at 2:59 a.m. Sunday on County W and Wisconsin 69, following a report of a vehicle crash and a person running on foot from a scene. The vehicle received severe damage and was towed from the scene.

MONROE - No injuries reported during a one-vehicle accident at 6:27 a.m. Friday on Elmer Road, east of Smith Road, in the Town of Brooklyn. Lavern J. Bahl, 74, Evansville was westbound on Elmer Road when he lost control of his vehicle, left the road on the south side and struck some small trees. The vehicle was towed from the ditch and driven from the scene.

- No injuries reported during a one-vehicle accident at 1:04 p.m. Friday on Wis. 39 near Zentner Road in the Town of New Glarus. Jeanne M. Keller, 75, New Glarus, was traveling west on Wis. 39 when a deer ran into the road and hit her vehicle. The vehicle sustained minor damage and was driven from the scene.

- Kaitlin I. Stoehr, 23, New Glarus, reported hitting a deer at 5:02 p.m. Sunday on Wis. 39 at County J, in the Town of York. Stoehr was turning onto Wis. 39 from County J, when she hit the deer. The vehicle sustained moderate front and front driver's side damage, but what was driven from the scene.

- Injuries reported during a one-vehicle accident at 7:08 p.m. Sunday on Wis. 81 at County J, in the Town of Monroe. Kevin O. Keegan, 41, Monroe, was westbound on Wis. 81 when he lost control of his truck while attempting to turn northbound on County J. Keegan went through the intersection, colliding with a guardrail. Keegan received injuries but refused treatment. The vehicle sustained minor front-end damage and was towed from the scene. Keegan was arrested for a first-offense operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and cited for failure to maintain control. He was released to a responsible party pending court.

- Deputies responded to a one-vehicle accident at 3:14 p.m. Monday in the West 7100 block of County P. Edwin Schenk, 74, Monroe, was westbound when he hit a deer. There was minor front-end damage and the vehicle was towed from the scene.
