NEW GLARUS - Gordon Jensen, 17, Lombard, Ill., reported no injuries from a motorcycle accident at 11:20 a.m. Sunday, July 7. He was northbound on Wisconsin 69 with a group of motorcycles and was following the leader, who turned eastbound onto County W. Jensen wasn't paying attention and lost control of his motorcycle, which sustained minor damage in the accident.

DARLINGTON - Jessica A. Jentz, 21, Platteville, reported hitting a deer on County B in Belmont Township at 9:29 p.m. Thursday, July 4.
• Joan K. Montgomery, 59, South Wayne, reported hitting a deer on Wis. 78 in Argyle Township at 9:34 p.m. Friday, July 5.
• Jake M. McKillip, 30, Monroe, reported hitting a deer on Wis. 11 in Gratiot Township at 10:51 p.m. Friday, July 5.
• No injuries were reported from a one-vehicle accident on County W in Gratiot Township at 9:01 a.m. Saturday, July 6. Deborah L. Ehlert McCoy, 54, Palatine, Ill., was towing a U-Haul trailer when it became unhooked from her vehicle and rolled into the ditch. The trailer hit a utility pole, causing minor damage to both the trailer and the pole.
• No injuries were reported from a one-vehicle accident on Wis. 81 in Darlington Township at 10 a.m. Sunday, July 7. Bailey E. Jones, 16, Darlington, was eastbound when she lost control on a curve and overcorrected. The 2002 Volkswagen spun sideways on the shoulder, then went into the ditch and came to rest in a cornfield. The car was moderately damaged. The Darlington Fire Department and Rural Medical Ambulance assisted at the accident scene.
