DARLINGTON - Clarence Eicher, 51, Gratiot, reported hitting a mailbox and road sign with his tractor at 3:05 p.m. Wednesday on Red Rock Road in the Town of Darlington. The brakes reportedly malfunctioned, and Eicher was unable to stop in time. Minor damage was reported.
