DARLINGTON - No injuries were reported from a two-vehicle accident in the parking area of the Lafayette County Fairgrounds at 9:19 a.m. Friday, July 12. F. John Reichling, 53, Darlington, was backing from a parking stall as Kaitlyn M. Wallenhorst, 23, Cuba City, was turning into the parking stall adjacent to Reichling's vehicle. Neither driver saw the other vehicle moving and both were unable to avoid the collision. The vehicles were moderately damaged and driven from the scene.
• David C. Deppe, 52, Cuba City, reported no injuries at 5 p.m. Saturday, July 13, after he hit a deer on Hilldale Road in New Diggings Township. The vehicle was moderately damaged.
• A deputy took a report of a minor traffic accident in the parking area at the Lafayette County Fairgrounds at 9:44 p.m. Saturday, July 13. One vehicle had backed into another, causing both minor damage. They were driven from the scene.
• Raymond A. Johnson, 28, Monroe, was taken by Argyle EMS to Monroe Clinic for injuries he sustained in a one-vehicle accident on Apple Grove Church Road in Argyle Township at 11:49 p.m. Saturday, July 13. He was northbound on a 2002 Harley Davidson motorcycle when a deer ran out in front of him, causing him to lose control. The motorcycle was towed.
