Green County Sheriff
MONROE - Non life-threatening injuries were reported in a motorcycle vs. vehicle crash in the N500 block of County G, Spring Grove Township at 8:41 a.m. Thursday. Clarence E. Kaderly, 75, Brodhead, was driving a motorcycle, turning northbound on County G into the path of a northbound vehicle driven by Timothy G. Burel, 55, Davis, Ill., when the vehicles collided. Kaderly was not wearing a helmet and was transported to Monroe Clinic ER via Brodhead EMS for his injuries. Both vehicles were moderately damaged and towed from the scene. Kaderly was cited for failure to yield right-of-way while emerging from a driveway.

DARLINGTON - On Thursday:
• No injuries were reported in a one-vehicle accident on County Shop Road, Darlington Township at 12:53 a.m. Thursday. Jared A. Jones, 31, Argyle, was eastbound when he attempted to negotiate a curve and hit a tree. Jones fled the scene but was later found by deputies. His 2001 Mercury Cougar was severely damaged and towed from the scene.
• Ashleigh E. Hrubes, 29, Muscoda, reported hitting a deer at 8:34 a.m. Thursday on County G, Belmont Township.
• Tanner M. North, 25, Wolcottville, Ind., reported hitting a raccoon at 11 p.m. Thursday on Wisconsin 78, Gratiot Township.
