MONROE - Lucille C. Paull Brandli, 78, Monroe, was uninjured in a deer vs. vehicle crash that occurred in the N9500 block of Wisconsin 69, New Glarus Township, at 5:50 a.m. Friday. Brandli was northbound when a deer ran into the roadway and hit her vehicle. The vehicle was moderately damaged and driven from the scene.
On Saturday:
Kimberly A. Volk, 39, Verona, and her passengers were uninjured in a deer vs. vehicle accident that occurred in the N9600 block of Wis. 69, New Glarus Township, at 8:19 p.m. Volk was northbound when a deer ran into the roadway and hit her vehicle. The vehicle sustained moderate damage and was driven from the scene.
No injuries were reported in a two-vehicle vs. deer crash that occurred in the W1700 block of Wis. 11, Spring Grove Township. Steve L. Harry, 58, Brodhead, was eastbound when a deer ran into the roadway and hit his vehicle. Harry's vehicle was moderately damaged. Shortly after Harry hit the deer a second vehicle driven by Joseph R. Erschen, 65, East Dubuque, Iowa, was westbound and hit the same deer. Erschen's vehicle received moderate damage. Both vehicles were driven from the scene.
On Sunday:
Marcus J. Millin, 18, Albany, was uninjured in a one-vehicle crash at the intersection of Alpine Road at Glenway Road, Town of Brooklyn, at 11:57 p.m. Millin was southbound on Glenway Road negotiating a curve when his vehicle entered the ditch and hit a stop sign. The vehicle sustained minor damage and was removed by the owner. The Town of Brooklyn was notified and responded to the scene to fix the sign.
Dillon G. Conwell, 19, Blanchardville, was uninjured in a one-vehicle accident in the W7700 block of County W, Town of York, at 10:20 p.m. Conwell was westbound negotiating a curve when he lost control of his vehicle due to the rainy conditions. The vehicle went into the south ditch and hit a fence and a suspension cable or guy-wire. The vehicle was moderately damaged and driven from the scene.

DARLINGTON - On Friday:
Gary C. Brewer, 63, Dubuque, was uninjured in a deer vs. car accident that occurred on U.S. 151, Belmont Township, at 1:17 a.m. The car was driven from the scene.
Megan A. Morshead, 20, Platteville, sustained injuries in a one-vehicle crash on County XX, Belmont Township. Morshead was eastbound when she failed to negotiate a curve and went into the north ditch. She attempted to steer back into the roadway and went across both lanes of traffic before leaving the south side of the roadway, becoming airborne over a fence and overturning the vehicle. Morshead was transported via Platteville EMS to Southwest Health Center. She was cited at 3:30 a.m. for driving under the influence, failure to keep a vehicle under control and driving after suspension.
No injuries were reported in a two-vehicle accident on West Water Street, Shullsburg, at 1:24 p.m. Barbara J. O'Leary, 83, Shullsburg, reportedly pulled away from a stop sign and into the path of a vehicle driven by Kristen L. Fleming, 49, Darlington. O'Leary's vehicle was moderately damaged and towed from the scene. Fleming's vehicle sustained minor damage and was driven from the scene.
Jodi L. Byrne, 47, Fitchburg, was uninjured in a deer vs. vehicle accident that occurred on County O, Shullsburg Township. Byrne's vehicle was driven from the scene.
Kane R. Loken, 18, Darlington, was uninjured in a deer vs. vehicle accident that occurred on County K, Darlington Township, at 9:28 p.m. Saturday. Loken's vehicle was driven from the scene.
A deputy investigated a report of a severely damaged vehicle parked on 2nd Street, Benton. The owner of the vehicle, Brandon J. Lyne, 20, Benton, told the responding officer the vehicle was involved in a crash during the early morning hours on County W, White Oak Springs Township. Lyne reported that he was westbound when he lost control of the vehicle and veered into the right side ditch and into a driveway. Lyne attempted to correct and the vehicle drove across both lanes of traffic, spun around and entered the opposite ditch where it hit several trees. Lyne was able to drive the vehicle from the ditch to a residence. The 2004 Kia was extensively damaged. Lyne denied any injuries. He was cited at 8:50 a.m. Sunday for failure to control a vehicle and failure to notify police of an accident.

NEW GLARUS - Police assisted Green County sheriff's deputies with a two-vehicle accident on Wis. 69 near County H at 3:36 p.m. Sunday, June 22. No injuries were reported and one vehicle was towed from the scene.
No injuries were reported in a two-vehicle crash in the parking lot in the 600 block of Wis. 69 at 7:08 p.m. Wednesday. Matthew B. Maurer, 32, Argyle, was backing out of a parking stall and hit a vehicle driven by Tonia R. Christen, 50, Blanchardville.
