MONROE - Stanley M. Bennett, 20, Belleville, was arrested for operating a vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicant, first offense, and was cited for underage consumption of alcohol and failure to maintain control of a vehicle. He was released pending a court appearance. Deputies reported the vehicle Bennett was driving drifted across the road and proceeded down into the ditch where it hit a tree about 11 p.m. Monday in the N7800 block of Schilt Road. Bennett was not injured in the accident, but the vehicle received severe damage.
One person sustained minor injuries in a one-vehicle accident around 5 p.m. Tuesday on County DR west of Wisconsin 59 in Monroe Township. Deputies report that a manure spreader being pulled by a truck driven by Gilbert L. Zweifel, 71, Albany, started to sway. The spreader forced the truck off the road and into a ditch. The right axle of the spreader was broken in the accident, but the truck was not damaged.
No one was injured in a one-vehicle accident around 3:15 a.m. Tuesday on Apple Grove Road just east of County A in Adams township. Deputies reported that a vehicle driven by Jeremy L. Hefty, 25, Mt. Horeb, collided with a large fallen tree lying across the road. The vehicle received severe damage.
No injuries were reported and a vehicle received minor damage in an accident that occurred around 7:25 a.m. Tuesday on County MM at Wis. 11. Deputies were called to investigate at approximately 9 a.m. The case is still under investigation.

Breault, 36, Monroe, slid down an icy driveway and went over an embankment. The vehicle received moderate damage.

DARLINGTON - No one was injured in a one-vehicle accident around 7:45 p.m. Tuesday on County W in New Diggings township. Robert W. Ernst, 41, Apple River, Ill., lost control of his vehicle during a sneezing attack. The vehicle traveled down an embankment and through a pasture fence. The vehicle received moderate damage.
Darrell R. Roddick, 60, Fort Atkinson, hit a deer around 6:40 p.m. Tuesday on Wis. 81 in Darlington township. The vehicle received moderate damage.
