GREEN COUNTY SHERIFF
MONROE - On Wednesday:
No injuries were reported at 12:08 a.m. after Hayley S. Saalsaa, 43, Argyle, struck a deer in the W9000 block of County C, Town of Adams. Her vehicle sustained moderate damage and was driven from the scene.
Two drivers were injured at 9:01 a.m. after a collision between a car and a dump truck at the intersection of County E and County EE, Town of Albany. Jessie L. Hanson, 34, Monroe, failed to yield the right-of-way at the intersection and struck the dump truck, driven by Dennis E. Beutel, 45, Monroe. Both drivers were transported to a local hospital for injuries sustained in the crash. Both vehicles sustained severe damage and were towed from the scene. The incident remains under investigation.
A hit-and-run crash was reported at 3:50 p.m. after a vehicle struck a tree and fled in the N8900 block of Hughes Road, Town of Exeter. The vehicle was reported to be dark blue in color and sustained damage to the driver side of its front. No injuries were reported at 6:47 p.m. after Garrett P. Gogin, 17, Monroe, left the roadway and struck a fence in the N4000 block of County J, Town of Monroe. Gogin was cited for inattentive driving. His vehicle sustained minor damage and was driven from the scene.
No injuries were reported at 8:38 p.m. after Angela M. Millard, 42, Brodhead, struck a power pole after losing control of her vehicle in the W400 block of Bump Road, Town of Albany. Alliant Energy responded to the scene after a nearby residence lost power. Millard's vehicle sustained moderate damage and was left at the scene to be towed at a later date.
No injuries were reported at 9:04 p.m. after Luis Torres, 29, Madison, struck a utility pole after losing control of his vehicle in the N8300 block of Wisconsin 104, Town of Brooklyn. Torres was cited for failure to maintain control of his vehicle, driving without a valid license and driving without vehicle insurance. A witness, Alberto J. Escobar, 43, Madison, was cited for driving without a valid license. Torres' vehicle sustained severe damage and was towed from the scene.

DARLINGTON - A vehicle in a ditch was reported at 8:40 p.m. Wednesday in the 19000 block of U.S. 151, Town of Belmont.
