MONROE - Minor injuries were reported in a two-vehicle accident on North 18th Avenue at Wisconsin 11. Ronald J. Neuenschwander, 53, Monroe, was cited at 4:25 p.m. Tuesday for following too closely after his vehicle hit a vehicle driven by a 49-year-old woman from Browntown. A 16-year-old passenger in the second vehicle was transported by EMS to Monroe Clinic Hospital for non-life-threatening injuries.

MONROE - On Tuesday:

• Dennis M. Cash, 60, Argyle, sustained non-life-threatening injuries in a truck vs. beef cow accident in the W6800 block of Wisconsin 81, Town of Monroe. Cash was eastbound when he hit a beef cow that was in his lane of travel. He was transported via Green County EMS to Monroe Clinic Hospital for treatment of his injuries. The cow, owned by Carrousel Farms of Monroe, was killed in the crash. The truck was severely damaged and towed from the scene.

• Marsha B. Lindh, 59, New Glarus, was uninjured in a deer vs. vehicle crash in the N7200 block of Wisconsin 69, Town of Washington, at 7:10 p.m. Lindh was northbound when a deer ran into the roadway and hit her vehicle. The vehicle was moderately damaged and was driven from the scene.
