Green County Sheriff

MONROE - On Feb. 3:

• No injuries were reported during a one-vehicle crash at 5:37 p.m. at the W6800 block of Wis. 11 in the Town of Clarno. Denise R. Leu, 57, South Wayne, was eastbound when she lost control of her vehicle due to the snow-covered road and struck a road sign. The vehicle sustained minor damage and was driven from the scene.

• No injuries were reported during a one-vehicle crash at 6:07 p.m. in the N5000 block of Wis. 104 in the Town of Albany. Heather M. Patton, 41, Brodhead, was traveling south when she lost control of her vehicle on the snow-covered road and struck a road sign. The vehicle sustained moderate damage and was towed from the ditch and then driven from the scene. Albany Police assisted.

On Feb. 4:

• No injuries were reported during a one-vehicle crash at 7:52 a.m. in the W8900 block of Wis. 81 in the Town of Cadiz. Marcus R. Ganske, 25, Raymond, Iowa, was eastbound when he lost control of his vehicle on the snow-covered road. The vehicle entered the ditch where the tire broke off. The vehicle sustained moderate damage and was towed.

• No injuries were reported during a one-vehicle crash at 11:05 p.m. in the N5600 block of County J in the Town of Adams. Tyler J. Williams, 21, Monticello, was southbound when he lost control of his vehicle on the snow covered road and went down an embankment. The vehicle sustained severe damage and was towed.

On Feb. 3:

• No injuries were reported during a traffic crash at 11 p.m. in the W400 block of Bump Road in Albany. Mary A. Larson, 51, Janesville, was eastbound on Bump Road when she lost control on the snow-covered road and struck a utility pole. The vehicle sustained severe damage and was towed.



Brodhead Police

BRODHEAD - A traffic crash was reported at 5:29 p.m. Feb. 2 in the 1100 block of 1 st Center Avenue. A vehicle struck another vehicle in a parking lot. Due to this crash being on private property, no citations were issued.



Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - On Feb. 2:

• No injuries were reported when Margaret E. Wilson, 59, Monroe, struck a deer at 4:32 a.m. on Wis. 78, Wiota Township. No injuries were reported and Wilson's 2015 Chevrolet sustained severe damage and was towed.

• No injuries were reported when Lee J. Bennett, 47, Browntown, struck a deer at 4:48 a.m. on County M in Wiota Township. Bennett's 1996 Chevrolet sustained moderate damage and was driven from the scene.

• No injuries were reported when Jared M. Reuter, 43, Belmont, struck a deer at 6:55 a.m. on County G in Willow Springs Township. Reuter's 2015 Ford sustained moderate damage and was driven from the scene.

• A deputy assisted Darlington Police at 9:29 a.m on Wis. 23 in Darlington for a two-vehicle crash. Darlington Fire and Rural Medical also responded.

• No injuries were reported when John R. Jelle, 37, Livingston, struck a deer at 9:32 a.m. on County F in Blanchard Township. Jelle's 2017 Hyundai sustained moderate damage and was driven from the scene.

• No injuries were reported when Dennis L. Sauer, 55, Darlington, struck a deer at 6:50 p.m. on Wis. 23, Willow Springs Township. Sauer's 2005 Jeep sustained moderate damage and was driven from the scene.

• A deputy responded at 5:57 p.m. to East Milwaukee Street in Argyle for a one-vehicle crash.

• A one-vehicle crash was reported at 8:35 p.m. on Dump Road in Benton Township.

On Feb. 4:

• A minor two-vehicle crash was reported at 1:24 a.m. to West Water Street in Shullsburg.

• A deputy responded at 11:21 a.m. to Powell Road, Belmont Township for a one vehicle crash.
