Lafayette County Sheriff
Michael T. Woodward, 16, Belmont, was backing up in a parking lot on West Moundview Avenue in Belmont at 12:54 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 17, when he hit a vehicle driven by John K. Wagner, 75, Jefferson. Neither driver or Wagner's passenger, Dianne M. Wagner, also of Jefferson, reported any injuries. The vehicles sustained minor damage and were driven from the scene.
Ryan T. Hackl, 16, Shullsburg, was taken to Memorial Hospital of Lafayette County for treatment of minor injuries he sustained in a rollover accident on Country Club Road in the Town of Darlington at about 6 p.m. Monday, Feb. 18. He was westbound when he veered onto the shoulder of the road and then overcorrected, causing him to lose control and the vehicle to roll. The vehicle was severely damaged and towed. Rural Medical Ambulance and the Darlington Fire Department also responded to the scene.

MONROE - On Monday, Feb. 18:
Mariah L. Ahrens, 17, Brodhead, reported no injuries from a one-vehicle crash at 9:20 p.m. in the W500 block of Wisconsin 11 in the Town of Decatur. She was eastbound when she lost control on the ice- and snow-covered road. The vehicle veered into the south ditch and hit several small trees. It sustained minor damage and was driven from the scene.
Sean A. Harrison, 30, Freeport, reported no injuries from a one-vehicle crash at 9:47 p.m. in the N1800 block of Wis. 69 in the Town of Clarno. He was southbound when he lost control on the ice- and snow-covered road. The vehicle veered into the ditch and rolled once, coming to rest on its wheels. It was moderately damaged and towed.
