NEW GLARUS POLICE

NEW GLARUS - On Sunday:

• A vehicle in a ditch was reported at 8:34 a.m. in the 1900 block of Wisconsin 69. The vehicle was removed with no damage.

• A vehicle in a ditch was reported at 4:46 p.m. on Elmer Road. The vehicle was removed with no damage.



GREEN COUNTY SHERIFF

MONROE - On Friday:

• No injuries were reported after Bryce Michael Messerli, 22, Monroe, struck a deer in the N4300 block of County J, Town of Monroe.

• No injuries were reported after Sherri A. E. Hanna, 46, Argyle, struck a deer in the N2600 block of County M, Town of Jordan.

• No injuries were reported after Kelly R. Hill, 51, Rockton, struck a deer in the N4100 block of County N, Town of Monroe.

• No injuries were reported after Sarah A. Ziegler struck a deer in the W8900 block of Wis. 39, Town of York.

On Saturday:

• No injuries were reported at 12:41 p.m. after Talib Abuizihra Al-Ashail, 47, Freeport, struck a tree after swerving to avoid deer in the roadway on Allen Road, Town of Cadiz.

• No injuries were reported after Christine L. Vincent, 63, Monroe, struck a deer in the W9200 block of Wis. 11, Town of Cadiz.

On Sunday:

• A driver was injured at 8:02 a.m. after Keyleigh N. Olson, 18, lost control of her vehicle and entered a ditch and struck an embankment in the N1800 block of Twin Grove Road. Olson was transported to a local hospital for her injuries. Her vehicle sustained moderate damage and was towed from the scene.

• No injuries were reported at 8:33 a.m. after Chris B. Theorin lost control of his vehicle and struck a bridge in the N8800 block of Badger Road, Town of York. His vehicle sustained moderate damage and was towed from the scene.

• No injuries were reported at 8:45 a.m. after Cynthia J. Kurth, 58, Browntown, lost control of her vehicle and entered a ditch in the W8500 block of County B, Town of Cadiz. Her vehicle sustained moderate damage and was towed from the scene.

• A driver was injured at 9:18 a.m. after Sarina Rae Becker, 49, Evansville, lost control of her vehicle and entered a ditch, striking an embankment in the N7500 block of Wis. 104, Town of Brooklyn. Becker was transported to a local hospital. Her vehicle sustained severe damage and was towed from the scene.

• No injuries were reported at 10:20 a.m. after John Charles Baker, 53, Browntown, lost control of his vehicle and struck a tree stump in the N2400 block of Allen Road, Town of Cadiz.

• No injuries were reported at 10:22 a.m. after a semi truck driven by Christopher M. Turner, 24, Sharon, Illinois, rear-ended the vehicle of Cynthia A. Thommen, 45, Warren, Illinois, at the intersection of Wis. 69 and Rolling Acres Lane, Town of Monroe. Both vehicles sustained severe damage.

• No injuries were reported at 2:26 p.m. after Christine E. Busch, 45, Blanchardville, lost control of her vehicle and entered a ditch before striking a guy wire and a fence on Wis. 81, Town of Adams. Busch was cited for driving with an expired vehicle registration and without vehicle insurance. Her vehicle sustained moderate damage and was towed from the scene.

• No injuries were reported at 4:15 p.m. after Stacy L. Stauffer, 45, Albany, lost control of her vehicle and struck a tree in the N2500 block of County S, Town of Sylvester. Her vehicle sustained moderate damage and was towed from the scene.

• No injuries were reported at 4:23 p.m. after Clinton O. Sullivan, 19, Monticello, lost control of his vehicle and struck several trees on Ringhand Road, Town of Sylvester. His vehicle sustained minor damage and was driven from the scene.

• A driver and several passengers were injured at 6:06 p.m. after Leopoldo Martinez Osorio, 34, Beloit, lost control of his vehicle and struck a power pole in the W5000 block of County KK, Town of Monroe. Osorio and five passengers, ages 35, 16, 12, 10 and 6, were all injured and transported to a local hospital. Osorio was cited for failing to maintain control of his vehicle and driving with a suspended license. The vehicle sustained severe damage and was towed from the scene.

• No injuries were reported at 6:44 a.m. after Nicholas C. Foley, 16, Janesville, lost control of his vehicle and entered a ditch in the W4100 block of County C, Town of Mount Pleasant. His vehicle sustained moderate damage and was driven from the scene.



LAFAYETTE COUNTY SHERIFF

DARLINGTON - On Sunday:

• No injuries were reported at 10:10 a.m. after Leonard A. Ballosh, 49, Prescott, lost control of his vehicle on U.S. 151, Town of Belmont. His vehicle sustained moderate damage and was towed from the scene.

• No injuries were reported at 10:15 a.m. after Deborah J. Gustafson, 44, Cuba City, struck a fence on Truman Road, Town of Kendall. Her vehicle sustained minor damage and was towed from the scene.

• No injuries were reported at 1:40 p.m. after Carmen L. Devries, 16, Winslow, slid into a ditch on County W, Town of White Oak Springs. Her vehicle sustained moderate damage and was towed from the scene.
