MONROE POLICE

MONROE - One person was injured in a two-vehicle accident at about 4 p.m. Saturday at 18th Avenue at the Badger State Trail. Police report a snowmobile driven by Alan L. Rufer, 38, Monroe, collided with a vehicle driven by John F. Miller, 52, Monroe. Rufer was taken to Monroe Clinic by Green County Emergency Medical Services. The snowmobile received moderate damage.

• No one was injured in a two-vehicle accident at about 5 p.m. Saturday at Wisconsin 69 and Eighth Street. Police report a vehicle driven by Samantha J. Gille, 19, Darlington, collided with a vehicle driven by Aaron G. Jorenby, 28, Blanchardville. Both vehicles received minor damage.

• No one was injured in a one-vehicle accident at about 3:45 p.m. Saturday on Wis. 69 and 17th Street. Police report a vehicle driven by Naomi P. Gordee, 20, Monroe, slid on the snow-covered road and hit a street sign. The vehicle received minor damage.

NEW GLARUS POLICE

NEW GLARUS - No one was injured in a two-vehicle accident at about 10 a.m. Monday on Fifth Avenue near Railroad Street. Police report a vehicle driven by Barbara A. Paron, 78, New Glarus, turned into the path of a vehicle driven by Ariella L. Bolly, 17, Belleville. Both vehicles received moderate damage.

LAFAYETTE COUNTY SHERIFF

DARLINGTON - One person was injured in a one-vehicle accident at about 1:15 p.m. Friday on Wis. 78 in Gratiot township. Deputies report a vehicle driven by Wynn Smith, 67, Lena, left the road and hit a utility pole. Smith was treated for minor injuries. She was cited for driving too fast for conditions.

• No one was injured in a one-vehicle accident at about 6 a.m. Friday on Wis. 81 in Darlington township. Deputies report a vehicle driven by Felecitas Mancillas-Sanchez, 35, Darlington, left the road due to snow on the road. Mancillas-Sanchez was cited for driving without a driver's license.

• Carmen Mendoza, 41, Darlington, was cited for driving without a license following a report of a vehicle in a ditch at about 7:45 a.m. Friday on Wis. 81 in Seymour township.

• No one was injured in a one-vehicle accident at about 3:30 p.m. Saturday on County H in Benton township. Deputies report a vehicle driven by Nicholas Hicks, 16, Cuba City, left the road and hit a pole.

• No one was injured in a one-vehicle accident at about 8:15 p.m. Saturday on Riverside Road in Gratiot township. Deputies report a vehicle driven by William Pollack, 17, Darlington, left the road and damaged a fence. The vehicle received minor damage.

• No one was injured in a one-vehicle accident at about 6:30 a.m. Sunday on Wis. 11 in Shullsburg township. Deputies report a vehicle driven by Phillip Stietz, 53, Dubuque, Iowa, hit a guardrail.
