MONROE POLICE

MONROE - One driver was injured at 2:34 p.m. Saturday after a two-vehicle collision at the intersection of North 18th Avenue and the Wisconsin 11 exit ramp. Harry L. Turner, 86, Monticello, was struck by another vehicle when Turner failed to yield before making a left-hand turn. The other driver sustained injuries and was driven to the hospital. Turner was cited for failing to yield the right-of-way.



GREEN COUNTY SHERIFF

MONROE - On Friday:

• No injuries were reported at 8:39 a.m. after a two-vehicle accident at the intersection of Wis. 11 and Steiner Road, Town of Clarno. Phillip Lee Meier, 44, Monroe, pulled into the path of Justin G. Hoffman, 31, Monroe, who swerved to avoid a collision, striking a curb before entering a ditch. Meier was cited for failing to yield the right-of-way. Hoffman's vehicle sustained severe damage and was towed from the scene.

• No injuries were reported at 5:11 p.m. after Mandy M. Kent, 36, Winslow, struck a deer on Wis. 11, Town of Monroe. Her vehicle sustained moderate damage and was towed from the scene.

• No injuries were reported at 9:37 p.m. after Randall A. Berg, 50, Argyle, struck a deer on County A, Town of York. His vehicle sustained moderate damage and was driven from the scene.

• No injuries were reported at 11:05 p.m. after Rebecca A. Good, 55, South Wayne, struck a deer on Wis. 11, Town of Cadiz. Her vehicle sustained minor damage and was driven from the scene.

On Saturday:

• Javier De Vaunte Long, 25, Orfordville, was cited at 8:09 a.m. for driving with a revoked license after deputies investigated a vehicle in a ditch on County E, Town of Decatur. The vehicle sustained no damage and was driven from the scene.

• No injuries were reported at 9:35 p.m. after Jordan D. Marche, 60, Oregon, struck a deer in the N9400 block of Wis. 69, Town of New Glarus. His vehicle sustained moderate damage and was towed from the scene.

On Sunday, no injuries were reported at 4:21 p.m. after Herman Feller Jr., 81, New Glarus, struck a deer in the W5300 block of Exeter Crossing Road, Town of New Glarus. His vehicle sustained moderate damage and was driven from the scene.



LAFAYETTE COUNTY SHERIFF

DARLINGTON - No injuries were reported at 4:58 p.m. Sunday after Wyatt P. Gollmer, 19, Darlington, struck a deer on Wis. 23, Town of Darlington. His vehicle was driven from the scene.
