GREEN COUNTY SHERIFF

MONROE - On Wednesday:

• No injuries were reported at 4:50 p.m. after a two-vehicle collision in the N2500 block of Oak Ridge Road, Town of Decatur. Josh R. Malott, 27, Madison, crested a hill at high speed and was unable to safely pull away from an oncoming vehicle driven by Steven C. Carpenter, 62, Brodhead. Malott was cited for driving at an unreasonable and imprudent speed. Both vehicles sustained severe damage and were towed from the scene.

• No injuries were reported at 5:11 p.m. after Kim W. Smith, 57, Oregon, struck a deer in the N4100 block of Wisconsin 69, Town of Monroe. His vehicle sustained moderate damage and was driven from the scene.

LAFAYETTE COUNTY SHERIFF

DARLINGTON - On Wednesday:

• No injuries were reported at 4:27 a.m. after Reece E. Wienen, Scales Mound, Ill., struck a deer on County W, Town of New Diggings. The vehicle sustained minor damage.

• Mary Beth Ubersox, 39, Shullsburg, was cited for driving while intoxicated (first offense) at 4:59 a.m. after she struck a parked van on East Water Street in Shullsburg. Both vehicles sustained minor damage.

• No injuries were reported at 6:10 a.m. after Donald D. Rothenback II, 40, Monroe, struck a deer on Wis. 11, Town of Wayne. His vehicle sustained minor damage.
