MONROE - Alec D. Isley, 16, Monroe, was cited for driving too fast for conditions following a one-vehicle accident at about 8:45 p.m. Wednesday near the intersection of 17th Street and 31st Avenue. Isley struck a highway sign. No injuries were reported.
