GREEN COUNTY SHERIFF
MONROE - On Thursday:
• No injuries were reported at 5:52 a.m. after Dennis W. Nipple, 68, Monroe, struck a deer in the N5300 block of Wisconsin 69, Town of Washington. His vehicle was towed from the scene with moderate damage.
• No injuries were reported at 3:30 p.m. after Simon A. Weaver, 65, Kalona, Iowa, backed into the vehicle of Justin D. Zarling, 41, Browntown, at the intersection of Wis. 81 and County M, Town of Jordan. Both vehicles were driven from the scene.
• A driver was injured at 9:22 p.m. after David D. B. Menehan, 35, Albany, swerved off the road to avoid a deer on County F, Town of Albany. Menehan declined treatment for his minor injuries. His vehicle was towed from the scene with moderate damage.
