MONROE - On Sunday:

• No injuries were reported at 2:35 a.m. when deputies and the Monroe Police Department responded to the ramp from Wisconsin 81 onto westbound Wis. 11 in Monroe Township for a vehicle accident. Nathania K. Kummer, 22, Argyle, was turning onto the west-bound ramp onto Wis. 11, when she failed to negotiate the turn. Kummer entered the north ditch, went down the steep embankment and hit several trees. Kummer's vehicle received moderate damage and was towed from the scene. Kummer was cited for inattentive driving.

• Injuries were reported during an ATV accident at 2:13 p.m. on a private property on County DR in the Town of Monroe. Jade Alexis Breanna McWorthy, 18, Monroe, was driving an ATV and was doing "donuts" at the end of her driveway when the ATV flipped over, ejecting her. McWorthy suffered injuries and was taken to the Monroe Clinic Hospital by private vehicle.

• Injuries were reported at 3:10 p.m. when deputies, along with Brooklyn Fire and Oregon EMS, responded to an all-terrain vehicle crash that occurred at a residence in the W600 block of Horan Road in Town of Brooklyn. Reports indicate that Shawn F. Constantini, 37, Evansville, was driving an ATV in the gravel driveway with a 6-year-old passenger riding in front of Constantini. Constantini lost control of the ATV and hit a utility pole. The 6-year-old passenger received severe injuries and was transported to UW Hospital. The 6-year-old passenger was not wearing a helmet or eye protection. Constantini received minor injuries and refused treatment at the scene. The ATV received severe damage. Constantini was arrested for causing great bodily injury by an intoxicated use of a vehicle, a class F felony, and bail jumping. He was jailed pending court.



Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - Andrew Schilling, 38, Darlington, reported hitting a deer at 8:45 p.m. Saturday, April 25 on Furnace Hill Road in Darlington Township.

• No injuries were reported at 12:15 a.m. Sunday following an animal vs. vehicle accident on Wisconsin 11 in Wayne Township. Marlys Foley, 62, Shullsburg, was traveling eastbound on Wis. 11 when Foley hit an animal. Foley's 2009 Camry had moderate damage and it was towed from the scene. Darlington Police Department assisted on scene.
