Green County Sheriff
DARLINGTON - On April 25:
• No injuries were reported during a vehicle versus trailer crash at 3:15 a.m. in the W500 block of Theresa court in the Town of Decatur. Maria V. Coplien, 38, Brodhead, was backing out of her driveway when she backed into an illegally parked trailer. Coplien's vehicle sustained minor damage and was driven from the scene. The trailer, owned G & S Blacktop, Inc of Durand, Illinois, sustained minor damage. G & S Blacktop was cited for illegal parking and was released pending court.

DARLINGTON - On April 20:
• No injuries were reported when Peter L. Hagen, 32, South Wayne, struck a deer at 3:58 a.m. on County D in Wiota Township. Hagen's 2008 Ford sustained moderate damage and was towed from the scene.
• No injuries were reported when Thomas D. Dolezel, 62, Monroe, struck a deer at 5:58 a.m. on South Main Street in Blanchardville. Dolezel's 2014 Ford sustained moderate damage and was towed from the scene.
• No injuries were reported during a two-vehicle crash at 4:56 p.m. on Wis. 23 in Darlington Township. Noah C. Beilke, 18, Rockton, Illinois, was attempting to pass a vehicle in the southbound lane on Wis. 23, when a 2005 Dodge, driven by Maxine L. Meier, 54, South Wayne, was making a left turn onto Dublin Road. Beilke's 2012 Mazda struck Meier's vehicle as she was turning. Both vehicles sustained moderate damage. Beilke's vehicle was towed from the scene.
• No injuries were reported when Alexander L. Hansen, 28, Cedar Rapids, Iowa, struck a deer at 9:29 p.m. on Wis. 11, Gratiot Township. Hansen's 2013 Ford sustained minor damage and was driven from the scene.
On April 21:
• Marlene K. Hartwig, 62, South Wayne, struck a deer at 11:07 p.m. on Wis. 11, Gratiot Township. Hartwig's 2013 Chrysler sustained moderate damage and was towed from the scene.
On April 22:
• No injuries were reported when Colleen L. Hughes, 58, Blanchardville, struck a deer at 9:08 p.m. on Wis. 78, Argyle Township. Hughes' 2002 Oldsmobile sustained moderate damage and was towed from the scene.

BRODHEAD - On April 16:
• A traffic crash was reported at 3:15 p.m. in the 1500 block of West 7th Street. A parked vehicle was struck by another vehicle. As this crash occurred on private property, no citations were issued.
On April 19:
• A traffic crash was reported at 10:24 a.m. in the 100 block of 23rd Street after a vehicle struck a building. Due to this occurring on private property, no citations were issued.
