MONROE POLICE
MONROE - A driver was injured at 2:20 p.m. Tuesday after a three-vehicle crash at the intersection of Wisconsin 69 and 8th Street. One driver was transported to Monroe Clinic with non-life-threatening injuries.

MONROE - On Tuesday:
• A driver was injured at 12:27 p.m. after Sam R. Gieken, 16, Brodhead, lost control of his vehicle, entered a ditch and struck an embankment in the W700 block of Ten Eyck Road, Town of Decatur. Gieken was transported to a local hospital for his injuries. His vehicle sustained severe damage and was towed from the scene.
• No injuries were reported at 3:35 p.m. after Charlayna R. DeVoe, 18, Monroe, lost control of her vehicle due to a mechanical steering failure at the intersection of County E and Golf Course Road, Town of Decatur. DeVoe's vehicle struck that of Tess C. M. Pinnow, 17, Brodhead. Both vehicles sustained severe damage and were towed from the scene.
