MONROE - A vehicle driven by Ryan D. Komprood, 26, Darlington, hit a deer around 6:15 a.m. Wednesday in the N660 block of County A. The vehicle received moderate damage.

DARLINGTON - No one was injured in a two-vehicle accident about 2:15 p.m. Wednesday at the intersection of Wis. 11 and County E in Shullsburg township. Roman S. Mireles, 46, Beloit, was following Jeffery D. Gleason, 18, Shullsburg, eastbound on Wis. 11, and did not see him begin to turn left onto County E. Mireles attempted to veer left and struck the driver's side of Gleason's vehicle. Brandon J. Roesch, 17, Shullsburg, a passenger in Gleason's vehicle, was also uninjured. Mireles was cited for operating left of center and inattentive driving. Both vehicles received moderate damage. Heavy fog in the area at the time was a contributing factor.

• No one was injured in a one-vehicle accident about 12:15 p.m. Wednesday on County W at Wisconsin 78 in Gratiot township. Neville R. McNaughton, 53, Davisville, Mo., failed to negotiate a curve as he approached an intersection. His pickup struck a stop sign, continued through the intersection, crossing Wis. 78, and came to rest in the opposite ditch. The truck received moderate damage. Heavy fog in the area at the time was a contributing factor to the accident.

• A vehicle driven by Patrick A. Becker, 35, Blanchardville, hit a deer around 5:30 p.m. Tuesday on County H in Blanchard township.
