Struggle leads to arrests in Argyle

ARGYLE - Three people were arrested following a disturbance and struggle with law enforcement officers around 12:15 a.m. Wednesday at an Argyle residence.

Justin W. Young, 21, Argyle, was arrested for a felony warrant for two counts of bail jumping issued by Lafayette County after the struggle. He was jailed. Additional charges against Young are pending, according to the Sheriff's department.

Samantha H. Beranek, 18, Argyle, was arrested for harboring and aiding a felon.

Beranek was also jailed pending court. Her initial appearance is scheduled for 2:30 p.m. today.

A third person, Jadalynn M. Strehlow, 23, Argyle, was arrested for a warrant for failure to pay a fine and also jailed. She posted bond and was released a short time later.

The Darlington Police Department, Lafayette County and Green County deputies assisted at the scene.
