Robert A. Werren Jr. age 28 of Browntown, died Tuesday, May 8, 2018 at home. He was born on January 15, 1990 in Monroe, the son of Robert A. and Nancy E. (Tinberg) Werren Sr.
Robert graduated from Black Hawk H.S. in South Wayne in 2008; he attended Blackhawk Technical College to become a CNA and was employed at St. Clare Friedenscheim since high school. Robert was a member of Our Saviors Lutheran Church. He will be remembered as a very generous and selfless man, which started at a young age when he attended two mission trips with his youth group to Mississippi after Hurricane Katrina and continued on with his profession, that he loved. Robert enjoyed hunting, sports, including all Wisconsin teams: Badgers, Packers, Brewers, and the Bucks. He was known for his impressive fireworks display on the 4th of July. Robert also took pride in helping his friend, Ryan Hull, milk cows and taking care of his farm.
He is survived by his parents, Robert and Nancy Werren, Sr. of Browntown; brother, Mark (Joie) Tinberg of Madison; sisters: Ellie (Abou) Werren-Kone of Karfiguela, Burkina Faso, Africa and Elizabeth Werren of Denver, CO; niece, Taliyah and another expected in November; as well as many aunts and uncles.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Russell and Maria Werren Sr. and George and Ella Tinberg.
Memorial Services will be held at 11:00 am Saturday, May 12, 2018 at Our Saviors Lutheran Church in South Wayne, with Pastor Dennis Perger officiating. Burial will take place in La Due Cemetery at a later date. A visitation will be held Friday, May 11, 2018 from 4:00 to 7:00 pm at SHRINER HAGER GOHLKE Funeral Home. A memorial fund is being established in Robert's name to support his niece and future niece's and nephew's college fund. Condolences may be sent to the family at: shriner111.com.
