Rhonda Joanne Krebs, 35, of Gratiot, left her earthly cocoon to become a heavenly butterfly on March 15, 2013, after a lifelong battle with Tuberous Sclerosis. Rhonda was born on January 10th, 1978 to Wayne and Joanne (Fox) Krebs. She was very proud of her graduation from Monroe High School. She spent much of her time caring for her chickens and enjoying her many egg customers, caring for her dog Goldie, and writing letters. Rhonda loved to go for rides in her gator with her dad and gardening with her mom. She loved to share her flowers and cabbage with others. Rhonda could be seen gracing many parades as a Model A queen. Rhonda had a gift for generosity, always thinking of others and desiring to help others. She dreamed of becoming a doctor so that she could care for others. Rhonda could be found cheering for the Packers on game days. She thoroughly enjoyed her trips to Mineral Point with her cousin Josh Fox and their many stops for ice cream. She adored her family and took great pride in her niece and nephew. Rhonda's grandmas were of great importance to her. She made many phone calls and visits to them.

Rhonda is survived by her parents, Wayne and Joanne Krebs; sister, Angela (Rob) Jarek; nephew, Chase; niece, Saray; grandmothers, Marie Jorgenson and Viola Fox; many special aunts, uncles, and cousins, countless friends and acquaintances. Rhonda is preceded in death by her grandfathers C. Robert Krebs, Art Jorgenson, Cecil Fox, and cousin Dan Fox.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am, Wednesday, March 20, at Immanuel United Church of Christ in Darlington, with Reverend Connie Peake officiating. Burial will be in Union cemetery, South Wayne. A visitation will be held Tuesday evening from 4:00 to 8:00 pm at SHRINER-HAGER-GOHLKE Funeral Home, Monroe.
