Rhonda J. Hunter, age 61, of Monroe, died on Thursday, December 11, 2014 at the University Hospital in Madison. She was born on November 2, 1953, the daughter of Kenneth and Arlene (Waters) Vlasak. She was a graduate of Argyle High School and Madison Business College.

Rhonda and Neal Hunter Jr. were married on April 21, 1984.

Rhonda was a Director of Finance for Green County for many years.

She was an avid Packer, Badger, and Brewers fan and loved to bowl.

She is survived by her husband, Neal, of Monroe, parents, Kenneth and Arlene Vlasak of Blanchardville; sons, Travis (Vicki) Hunter of Algonquin, IL; Jeremy (Ashley Gower) Hunter of Monroe; brother, Gary (Bonnie) Vlasak of Argyle, sister, Laurel (Dennis) Schliem of Monroe; and one granddaughter, Leah Hunter.

She is predeceased by her grandparents.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, December 17, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at Shriner-Hager-Gohlke Funeral Home, 1455 Mansion Dr., and N. 18th Ave. with Pastor Irv Case officiating. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery.

A visitation will be held Tuesday, December 16th from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund is being established in Rhonda's memory.
