MONROE - Margie L. Rufer, 45, Monroe, was arrested for battery and disorderly conduct Friday at 7:40 p.m. in the 500 block of west 21st Street, stemming from a domestic dispute. Rufer posted bond and was released pending a court appearance.
Maegan J. Roesslein, 18, New Glarus, was cited for second-offense underage consumption of an alcoholic beverage Friday at 12:42 a.m. in the 1300 block of 16th Street. Roesslein was released pending a court appearance.
Todd R. Wittbecker, 54, Monroe, was arrested for a fifth-offense driving a vehicle while intoxicated, driving with a revoked driver's license and operating a vehicle without insurance on Saturday at 1:45 a.m. following a traffic stop. The passenger, Debra A. Franklin, 42, Monroe, was arrested for misdemeanor bail jumping. Both were jailed.
A 13-year-old juvenile was arrested for prowling, obstruction an officer and curfew Sunday at 1:15 a.m. in the 2500 block of 12th Avenue. He was released to a relative pending a court appearance.
Joshua E. Anderson, 23, Monroe, was arrested for disorderly conduct under domestic abuse laws on Sunday at 2:15 a.m. in the 500 block of 21st Street, following a disturbance. He was jailed.
New Glarus Police
NEW GLARUS - Donald Trice, 54, New Glarus, was arrested for an Outagamie County warrant for bail jumping Friday at 11:13 p.m. in the 300 block of Elmer Road, following a loud music complaint. Trice was transported to Green County Jail.
Eliasar Alba, 28, New Glarus, was cited for a seatbelt violation on Thursday at 2:41 p.m. at the intersection of 2nd Street and 14th Avenue.
Larry C. Gorney, 67, Blue River, was cited for a child safety restraint violation on Friday at 1:59 p.m. at the intersection of Wis. 69 and 6th Avenue. Deputies reportedly observed a 2-year-old not restrained in a child car seat.
Daniel F. Baumgartner, 24, Monroe, was cited for illegal window tint Saturday at 3:49 p.m. at the intersection of Wis. 69 and 11th Avenue.
David L. Meighan, 41, Monroe, was cited for a seatbelt violation Saturday at 5:37 p.m. at the intersection of Wis. 69 and 11th Avenue.
Green County Sheriff
MONROE - Deputies were dispatched at 12:05 a.m. to the W200 block of Geise Road for a traffic complaint of vehicles squealing tires. Two vehicles were stopped, and one fled the scene. The incident remains under investigation but so far police have issued the following charges
Grant M. Carpenter, 18, Brodhead cited for Underage/Possession of Alcoholic Beverage. He was released pending court.
Kyle R. Nyman, 19, Juda, cited for Underage/Possession of Alcoholic Beverage. He was released pending court.
Anne E. Hamel, 18, Brodhead, cited for Underage Person Transporting Alcoholic Beverages. He was released pending court.
Joshua D. Hicks, 18, Brodhead, was cited for first-offense Operating While Under the Influence, Operating with a Prohibited Alcohol Concentration and Open Intoxicants. Hicks was arrested and jailed pending court, police said, for Knowingly Fleeing an Officer and Reckless Endangerment.

DARLINGTON - Three juveniles were referred to juvenile intake related to a criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct incident at 5:50 p.m. Sunday. Deputies reported that the thirteen and fourteen year-olds, all from Platteville, were playing on the roadway and running off the roadway as vehicles approached. A truck driver reported that the three juveniles had thrown rocks at his truck, causing the windshield to break. The three juveniles were located at a residence in the Town of Evergreen.
