Brodhead Police
BRODHEAD - Courtney I. Sedbrook, 20, Brodhead, was arrested for drunken driving, driving with a prohibited alcohol concentration and underage drinking following a traffic stop at about 1:30 a.m. Sept. 21 in the 1500 block of 17th Street. A passenger in the vehicle, Zachary A. Timm, 20, Brodhead, was arrested for underage drinking and open intoxicants in a vehicle. They were released pending court.
• Robert L. Plast, 19, Brodhead, was arrested for burglary at about 6 p.m. Thursday. He was jailed.
• Brandon N. Olsen, 17, Brodhead, was arrested for prowling at about 11:15 p.m. Saturday in the 2500 block of West Fifth Avenue. He was released pending court.
• Ryan J. Kelly, Freeport, Ill., was cited for non-registration of a vehicle following a traffic stop at about 11:45 p.m. Wednesday in the 600 block of First Street. He was released pending court.
• Jessica L. Hoesly, 29, Albany, was cited for failure to stop at a stop sign following a traffic stop at about 2:45 p.m. Friday in the 1500 block of 20th Street. She was released pending court.
• Kathleen G. Duesterbeck, Brodhead, was cited for driving with an expired registration following a traffic stop at about 9 a.m. Saturday on the 1600 block of First Center Avenue. She was released pending court.

MONROE - Jamie L. Splinter, 23, Monroe, was arrested for several warrants issued by the Monroe Police Department and the Wisconsin Department of Corrections at about 5:45 p.m. Friday in the 1500 block of Eighth Street. He was jailed.

MONROE - Arturo Y. Alonso Flores, 23, Monroe, was arrested for disorderly conduct and battery following a report of a disturbance at about 8 p.m. Friday in the N5500 block of County J. He was jailed.
