DARLINGTON - On Tuesday:
• A deputy assisted the Wisconsin State Patrol at 10:25 a.m. with a theft on County Shop Road, Town of Darlington.
• Livestock on the roadway were reported at 10:35 a.m. on North Lake Road, Town of Blanchard.
• Dustin D. King, 30, Argyle, was arrested at 5:25 p.m. for disorderly conduct on South Broad Street in Argyle.
ALBANY POLICE
ALBANY - On Wednesday, Justin J. Rindfleisch, 22, Middleton, was arrested on a probation violation and on a charge of driving while intoxicated. Rindfleisch was also cited for driving with a suspended license, with open intoxicants and with prohibited alcohol content.
On Thursday, Brogan E. Engelkens, 23, Albany, was cited for non-registration of a vehicle and driving without proof of vehicle insurance.
On Saturday:
• Taylor M. McElwee, 20, Milwaukee, was cited for urinating in public.
• Nathan T. Laxton, 22, Audubon, New Jersey, was cited for urinating in public.
On Sunday, Adam T. Erbs, 23, Albany, was cited for driving without vehicle insurance.

• A parking complaint was made at 11:08 p.m. in the 2100 block of 1st Center Avenue.
On Aug. 29:
• A 20-year-old Brodhead woman was cited at 12:56 p.m. for driving without a valid license and without vehicle insurance in the 400 block of 1st Center Avenue.
