BRODHEAD - Dustin R. M. Hanson, 29, Brodhead, was cited Aug. 31 for possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and obstructing an officer from an incident on June 17, 2009. a court date was issued.
• Stephanie V. Nordeng, 17, Brodhead, was arrested at about 8:45 p.m. Friday in the 1700 block of West 9th Avenue for possession of drug paraphernalia. She was released pending court.
• Cody L. Rader, 17, Brodhead, was cited at about 11:30 p.m. Sept. 2 in the 200 block of East 3rd Avenue for obstructing an officer. A court date was issued.
• Kari N. Lerch, 29, Juda, was cited Aug. 31 for non-registration of a motor vehicle stemming from an incident on July 13, 2009. A court date was issued.
• Sandra K. Elsner, 59, Brodhead, was cited at about 4 p.m. Sept. 2 in the 1600 block of W. 7th Avenue for a dog running at large. A court date was issued.

MONROE - Daniel J. Boynton, 36, Monroe, was arrested at about 7:15 p.m. Friday in the 500 block of 22nd Avenue for an outstanding warrant issued by the Green County Sheriff's Department. Boynton was jailed.
• Matthew P. Coyle, 28, Monroe, was arrested at about 8:15 p.m. Friday in the 1600 block of 13th Street for an outstanding warrant issued by the Monroe Police Department. Coyle was jailed.
• Michael F. Boeck, 38, Monroe, was arrested for disorderly conduct as a result of a domestic dispute, at about 2:45 p.m. Sunday in the 2100 block of 16th Street. Boeck was jailed pending court.
New Glarus Police
NEW GLARUS - Andrew J. Ostby, 39, New Glarus, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated - third offense - and possessing open intoxicants in a motor vehicle at about 6:15 p.m. Sunday on 2nd Street near 7th Avenue, following a traffic complaint of a vehicle being driven in an erratic manner. He was jailed pending court.
• Shannon M. Owen, 31, New Glarus, was cited for operating after revocation at about 9:45 p.m. Aug. 30, following a traffic stop on Wisconsin 39 near 8th Street.
• Adriana Gutierrez Ortega, 27, New Glarus, was cited for operating while suspended, at about 7:45 p.m. Friday following a traffic stop on Railroad Street near 6th Avenue.
