MONROE - Robert W. Allen, 28, Monroe, was arrested at about 4:30 p.m. Thursday in the 1000 block of 4th Avenue West for second degree sexual assault of a child. He was jailed pending court.
• Laci L. Ramsden, 28, Monroe, was arrested at about 8:15 p.m. Thursday in the 1000 block of 9th Street for retail theft. She was released pending court.

MONROE - William G. McMahan, 63, Belleville, was arrested for first offense operating while intoxicated at about 11 p.m. Wednesday in the N8800 block of County D in the Town of Exeter after deputies and New Glarus police responded to a complaint of a southbound facing vehicle parked in the northbound lane. McMahan was released pending court.
• Brandon James Disrud, 23, Albany, was taken into custody on a Department of Corrections Warrant at about 2:15 p.m. Thursday at the Green County Justice Center. Disrud remains jailed pending release by Department of Corrections.

DARLINGTON - Justin Phillips, 19, South Wayne, was cited at about 5:45 p.m. Thursday for safety belt violation and failure to carry proof of insurance.
