MONROE - Montgomery J. Balboa, 37, Oconomowoc, was arrested for a child support commitment at about 9 a.m. Wednesday at the Green County Courthouse. He was jailed.

DARLINGTON - Gerard McKibbon, 20, South Wayne, was arrested for a Lafayette County warrant and possession of marijuana following a traffic stop at about 10 p.m. Wednesday on Lincicum Road in Wayne township.
• Kimberly Koura, 21, Elizabeth, Ill., was cited for malicious destruction of property, littering and entering cultivated land without consent at about 8:30 a.m. Wednesday in Monticello township. She was jailed.
