MONROE - On Thursday:
• Dawn M. Haldiman, 44, Gratiot, was cited at 11:29 a.m. for retail theft in the 700 block of 8th Street.
• Brandon S. Richardson, 27, Monroe, was arrested at 8:35 p.m. on a Monroe Police warrant in the 2600 block of 8th Avenue. Richardson was jailed.
LAFAYETTE COUNTY SHERIFF
DARLINGTON - On Thursday:
• Livestock on the roadway were reported at 5:59 a.m. on County W, Town of Benton.
• Animal neglect was reported at 4:15 p.m. on West Mound Road, Town of Belmont.
• A deputy checked an individual's welfare at 5:40 p.m. on County W, Town of Monticello.
• Randall J. Adams, 51, Benton, was cited at 6:36 p.m. for disorderly conduct and obstructing an officer on 3rd Avenue in Benton.
• A traffic complaint was made at 11:36 p.m. on U.S. 151, Town of Belmont.
