MONROE - Norman W. Mueller, 73, Mornoe, was arrested at 6:12 p.m. Thursday for domestic abuse-related disorderly conduct and battery after police responded to the 700 block of 8th Avenue. Mueller posted bond and was released pending court.

• John L. Carothers Muszynski, 22, Argyle, was arrested at 10:55 a.m. for driving after revocation on Bond Road, Township of Fayette.
• A deputy responded to a dog bite complaint on Wisconsin Avenue, Township of Belmont, at 4:15 p.m.
