MONROE - John M. Cayer, 41, New Glarus, was arrested on a Department of Corrections warrant at 12:21 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 17. Cayer was jailed.
• Phillip E. Fields, 18, Albany, was cited for possessing drug paraphernalia at 1:10 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 17 at a residence on Atkinson Road in the Town of Albany. Fields was released.

DARLINGTON - A deputy responded to a barking dog complaint at 11:20 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 17 on W. Main Street in the Village of Benton.
• A deputy responded to Everson Road in Argyle Township at 11:43 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 17 to take a report of a cat biting a human. The victim was treated at a local hospital for non-life threatening injuries.
