MONROE - Kade A. Bevars, 26, Albany, was arrested for disorderly conduct, battery and vehicle following too closely following a report of "road rage" that took place at about 4 p.m. Friday in the W3600 block of County E. He was released pending court.
• Tawny L. Loper, 21, Freeport, Ill., was cited for driving after suspension following a traffic stop at about 5 p.m. Friday in the N2000 block of Wisconsin 69. She was released pending court.
