Brodhead Police

BRODHEAD - Tyler N. Tippelt, 26, Brodhead, was cited for loud and unnecessary noise at 6:51 a.m. Monday, Sept. 23, in the 900 block of East 3rd Avenue.

• A Brodhead male, 17, was arrested on a charge of domestic disorderly conduct at 8:11 p.m. Monday, Sept. 23, in the 1700 block of West 5th Avenue. He was released to a responsible party.

• A Brodhead male, 16, was arrested on a charge of possessing marijuana at 9:22 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 24, in the 2500 block of West 5th Avenue. He was released to a responsible party.

• Danielle M. Gallagher, 34, Brodhead, was cited for speeding in a school zone at 3:19 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 24, in the 2000 block of West 9th Avenue.

• Albert A. Martin, 75, Waterloo, Iowa, was cited for speeding at 5:49 a.m. Friday, Sept. 27, in the 1700 block of 1st Center Avenue.

• Chad M. Hardy, 32, Brodhead, was arrested on a charge of domestic disorderly conduct at 10:45 p.m. Friday, Sept. 27, in the 1000 block of 21st Street. In court Monday, Sept. 30, a not-guilty plea was entered on the Class B misdemeanor charge against Hardy. His signature bond is set at $750, with the condition that he have no contact with the alleged male victim. He has a pre-trial conference Nov. 19.



Monroe Police

MONROE - Tyler D. Bevins, 19, Monroe, was arrested on a Department of Corrections warrant in the 2300 block of 17th Avenue at 9:47 a.m. Friday, Sept. 27. He was jailed.

• Betty J. Norder, 70, Monroe, was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated at 4:07 p.m. Friday, Sept. 27, in the 2200 block of 16th Street. She was released pending court.

• Corey B. Hoskinson, 24, Monroe, was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct after police were called to a report of a domestic disturbance in the 1400 block of 11th Street at 9:08 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 28. Hoskinson posted the required bond and was released pending court.

• Kennedy A. Huffer, 17, Monroe, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and misdemeanor bail jumping as the result of a disturbance reported in the 2300 block of 14th Avenue at 3:19 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 29. She was jailed. In court Monday, Sept. 30, not-guilty pleas were entered to the two misdemeanor charges against Huffer. Her signature bond is set at $1,000, with the conditions that she have no violent or abusive content with members of the household where she was arrested. She has a pre-trial conference Oct. 15.

• Heather R. Jenisek, 29, Monroe, was arrested in the 900 block of 10th Street at 7:14 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 29, on a warrant issued by the Monroe Police Department for a charge of criminal damage to property. She was jailed.

• Richard E. Hartwig, 50, Monroe, was arrested in the 100 block of 18th Avenue at 9:51 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 29, on a charge of violating a restraining order. He posted the required bond and was released pending court.



Green County Sheriff

MONROE - Alan B. Lee, 47, Monroe, was arrested at the Green County Justice Center on a Department of Corrections warrant at 9:05 a.m. Friday, Sept. 27. He was incarcerated.

• Kimberly A. Zrinzo, 24, Janesville, was arrested for driving while intoxicated and with a prohibited blood-alcohol concentration after police stopped and cited her for failure to dim her headlights and for operating left of center on County W at County CC in Exeter Township at 12:48 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 28. She was released pending court.

• Dustin Carstensen, 25, Dodgeville, was arrested on a second-offense charge of driving while intoxicated after deputies responded to a complaint of an erratic driver on Wis. 59 near Edmunds Road in Albany Township at 12:09 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 29. Carstensen was also cited for operating left of center. He was released pending court.

• Austin J. Frenzel, 20, Mount Horeb, was arrested on charges of driving while intoxicated, fleeing police, speeding, reckless driving, underage drinking and driving with a prohibited blood-alcohol concentration after deputies were advised of an erratic driver on Wis. 69 northbound from the Illinois state line at 10:09 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 29. The vehicle was located in the City of Monroe and then stopped on Wis. 69 just south of Abels Road in Monroe Township. As a deputy approached, the vehicle fled. Deputies pursued until the chase was terminated due to safety concerns. The vehicle was located and stopped a short time later by Monticello police. Frenzel was jailed pending court. His signature bond was set Monday, Sept. 30, at $1,500. His preliminary hearing is Nov. 13.

• Hannah M. Trytek, 21, Beloit, was cited for driving with a suspended license (fourth offense) and with a suspended vehicle registration at 6:34 a.m. Friday, Sept. 27, in the W5000 block of Wisconsin 11 in Monroe Township.

• Johnathan D. Cole, 25, Beloit, was cited for speeding, obscured driver vision and driving with a suspended license at 4:49 p.m. Friday, Sept. 27, on Wis. 11 at Hiltbrand Lane in Monroe Township. The passenger and owner of the vehicle, Constance Irene Alexander, 28, South Beloit, was cited for not having the vehicle insured.

• Taja Y. Iwanow, 32, Monroe, was cited for driving without a valid license (second offense) on Wis. 11 at Balls Mill Road in Sylvester Township at 11:30 p.m. Friday, Sept. 27.

• Tyler William Marking, 18, Barneveld, was cited for driving too fast for conditions, failure to notify police of an accident and driving without vehicle insurance after deputies responded to the W900 block of Wis. 92 in Brooklyn Township at 11:50 p.m. Friday, Sept. 27, for a complaint of a vehicle crashing into the ditch and then continuing westbound. Deputies and Belleville police located the vehicle traveling westbound on Wis. 92 at County X in Exeter Township. Marking told deputies he was going too fast for conditions and missed a 90-degree turn. He struck the ditch and then returned to the road. His vehicle sustained minor front-end damage.

• Reed D. Sutton, 18, New Glarus, was cited for trespassing after deputies were dispatched to the W5300 block of Sandrock Road in New Glarus Township for a report of a vehicle parked in a field-access drive at 6:45 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 29.



Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - Ricky L. Hill, 48, Shullsburg, was cited for speeding, driving without proof of vehicle insurance and a seatbelt violation on Wis. 11 in Benton at 8:43 a.m. Friday, Sept. 27.

• Adam D. Starr, 21, Richland Center, was cited for speeding and driving without proof of vehicle insurance on Wis. 81 in Elk Grove Township at 4:57 p.m. Friday, Sept. 27.

• Rogelio Jiminez Hernandez, 26, Darlington, was cited for driving without a valid license and no proof of vehicle insurance on Wis. 81 in Darlington Township at 3:27 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 28.

• Madelon C. Clymo, 74, Evanston, Ill., was cited for speeding on Wis. 23 in Darlington Township at 10:17 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 28.

• Charles W. Townsend, 41, Warren, was cited for speeding and driving without proof of vehicle insurance on County W in Gratiot Township at 11:09 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 28.

• Samantha L. Wilkinson, 17, Clear Lake, Iowa, was cited for speeding on Wis. 11 in Shullsburg Township at 5:35 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 29.

• Craig A. Guerrero, 43, Stockton, was cited for inattentive driving after deputies and the Wisconsin State Patrol responded to a report of a motorcycle that rolled down over an embankment on County W in New Diggings Township. The accident scene was actually on Ollie Bell Road, deputies discovered. Guerrero was located at a business in New Diggings. He reported no injuries. The 2003 Harley Davidson was towed.

• A hit-and-run on a vehicle on Park Street in Benton was reported at 12:22 p.m. Friday, Sept. 27.

• A deputy responded to a complaint of noise on East Wisconsin Avenue in Benton at 9:50 p.m. Friday, Sept. 27.

• Deputies assisted a DNR ranger with citing numerous people for underage drinking in Yellowstone Lake State Park at 12:20 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 28.

• A deputy investigated a complaint of a juvenile in possession of marijuana at a location on North Van Buren Street in Benton at 5:40 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 28.

• A deputy and Blanchardville police assisted the Iowa County Sheriff's Department with a disorderly person at a residence on Baker Street in Blanchardville at 12:46 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 29.

• A deputy checked the welfare of an elderly man reported to be walking on U.S. 151 in Belmont Township at 10:34 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 29.

• A dog running at large on County G in Calamine was reported at 11:40 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 29.

• A deputy responded to a complaint of fireworks being set off near a residence on County X in Elk Grove Township at 6:43 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 29.
