DARLINGTON - On Thursday, Nov. 21:
• A deputy responded at 7 a.m. to a business on Main Street in Blanchardville for a report of a dog running at large.
• A deputy investigated a telephone harassment complaint at 1:38 p.m. at the Shullsburg Schools.
• Juan D. Arismendi-Solano, 20, Darlington, was cited for reckless driving endangering safety and driving without a valid license or insurance after a deputy responded at 5:22 p.m. to a traffic complaint and request to check the welfare of a driver on County F in Darlington Township. Darlington police located and stopped the driver, identified as Arismendi-Solano.
• Larry J. Bigelow, 35, Cuba City, was cited for speeding at 7:59 p.m. on Wis. 23 in Shullsburg Township.
