BRODHEAD - Darrin J. Peterson, 38, Brodhead, was cited for failure to yield the right of way at about 6:30 a.m. Thursday in the 2500 block of 1st Center Avenue.
• Samantha L. Poskitt, 32, Brodhead, was cited for driving without a license at about 5 p.m. Thursday in the 500 block of 23rd Street.
• A 14-year-old Brodhead female was arrested for underage drinking at about 8:30 a.m. Oct. 25 in the 900 block of 17th Street. She was released pending court.

MONROE -Emmanuel Clark, 24, Freeport, was cited for driving without a license and speeding following a traffic stop at about 11:15 p.m. Saturday on Wisconsin 69 and County B. He was released pending court.
