DARLINGTON Police

DARLINGTON - Harold Smith, 27, Darlington, was arrested at 1:40 a.m. Tuesday for driving while revoked due to an alcohol violation following a traffic stop on Ann Street. Smith was also cited for driving a motor vehicle with suspended registration.



Monroe Police

MONROE - On Monday:

• Anthony R. Floerke, 22, Monroe, was arrested for disorderly conduct at 6:21 p.m. in the 500 block of 21st Street as the result of a disturbance. Floerke was released.

• A bicycle was found at 12th Street and 13th Avenue and brought to the Monroe Police Department at 6:26 a.m. where it may be claimed by its owner.

• A lunch tote was found at 3:24 p.m. in Recreation Park. It may be claimed by the owner at the Monroe Police Department.



Green County Sheriff

MONROE - On Monday:

• Curtis J. Gerber, 31, of Browntown, was arrested for disorderly conduct following a call for a domestic dispute at 7:25 p.m. at a residence in Browntown. Gerber was jailed.

• Kenyatta M. Jackson, 18, Madison, was cited for speeding and driving with a suspended driver's license at 11:31 a.m. on Wisconsin 69 at Abels Road in the Town of Monroe. Jackson was released.

• Catherine C. Large, 48, New Glarus, was cited for driving with a revoked driver's license and possessing open intoxicants in a motor vehicle at 6:16 p.m. in the N9200 block of Wis. 69 in Town of New Glarus. Large was released.



Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - On Monday:

• Shawn Rains, 31, and Melissa Schreiber, 30, both of Darlington, were cited for a seatbelt violation at 3:20 p.m. on Wis. 81 in Lamont Township. Schreiber was also cited for having no proof of insurance.

• Dylan Ellsworth, 28, Browntown, was cited for driving a vehicle while intoxicated, speeding and possessing THC and drug paraphernalia at 10:52 p.m. on Wis. 11 in Wayne Township.

• Deputies were notified of several road signs that were damaged throughout the county at 9:10 a.m.

• A deputy responded for a criminal damage to property complaint at 12:25 p.m. to E. Main Street in Benton.

• A deputy responded to a dog at large complaint at 10:39 p.m. to Grove Street in South Wayne.
