Monroe Police

MONROE - Roy W. Fisher, 22, Monroe, was arrested for disorderly conduct at 10:12 p.m. Sunday in the 1800 block of 20th Street. Fisher was released pending a court appearance.

Green County Sheriff

MONROE - Jonathan T. Sutherland, 17, Albany, was arrested for domestic-related disorderly conduct, battery, criminal damage to property, false imprisonment and intimidation of a victim, all under the domestic abuse law, at 2:34 p.m. Friday following a domestic disturbance in Juda. Sutherland was incarcerated in Green County Jail pending his initial court appearance.

- Travis P. Burnett, 22, Machesney Park, Ill., was arrested for obstructing law enforcement at 5:34 a.m. Saturday, after he was found hitchhiking on Wis. 11, near County G, in the Town of Spring Grove. Deputies report that Burnett gave a Green County deputy a false name in order to avoid being arrested. Burnett was on parole in Illinois and was not to be in Wisconsin. He was incarcerated in the Green County Jail.

- Spencer L. Slotten, 24, Monticello, was arrested for an outstanding arrest warrant issued by the Albany Police Department for failing to pay a fine at 9:58 p.m. Saturday. Slotten posted bond and was released into custody.

- William J. Wilke, 36, Monroe, was taken into custody by the Probation and Parole Office at 8:57 a.m. Friday at the Green County Justice Center. Wilke was placed on a probation hold ordered by his probation agent and incarcerated in the Green County Jail.

- Kimberely I. Manuel, Janesville, was arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of prescription drug without a prescription at 2:42 a.m. Sunday, following a vehicle stopped for speeding on Wis. 11, near High School Road, near the Town of Sylvester. Manuel was also cited for speeding and possession of drug paraphernalia. Manuel was incarcerated in the Green County Jail pending court.
