Brodhead Police

BRODHEAD - Jordan A. Byrd, 18, Janesville, was arrested in the 600 block of 1st Street at 8:27 p.m. Tuesday, May 22, on a warrant issued by Rock County Circuit Court.

- Tyson V. Foster, 25, and Amber L. Foster, 25, both of Brodhead, were arrested for domestic disorderly conduct at 1:04 a.m. Saturday, May 26, in the 1000 block of 21st Street. Both posted cash bond and were released.

- Jennifer J. Ferguson, 34, Canada, was cited for a violation of heavy-truck route laws at 11:54 a.m. Monday, May 21, in the 1500 block of West 7th Avenue.

- Robert A. Daniels, 62, Monroe, was cited for speeding at 5:38 p.m. Monday, May 21, in the 400 block of East 9th Avenue.

- Jerod E. Sandlin, 20, Brodhead, was cited for driving with a suspended license (second offense) at 8:10 p.m. Monday, May 21, in the 1800 block of West 2nd Avenue.

- Tyler S. Kraft, 22, Brodhead, was cited for driving with a suspended license (second offense) at 4:14 p.m. Tuesday, May 22, in the 1600 block of 20th Street.

- Cory A. McKay, 22, Kewaskum, was cited for speeding at 5:51 a.m. Wednesday, May 23, in the 500 block of 1st Street.

- David J. Rey, McAllen, Texas, and Jose Edmundo Padron-Tabias, Mexico, were cited for violating heavy-truck route laws at 10:17 a.m. Wednesday, May 23, at an unspecified location.

- Jodi K. Hilliard, 44, Monroe, was cited for speeding at 3:11 p.m. Wednesday, May 23, in the 400 block of East 9th Avenue.

- Michelle A. Knell, 26, Monroe, was cited for speeding at 5:54 p.m. Wednesday, May 23, in the 600 block of 1st Street.

- Ryan R. Fitzgerald, 32, Brodhead, was cited for speeding and driving with a revoked license at 4:51 p.m. Thursday, May 24, in the 500 block of 10th Street. Debra R. Fitzgerald, 54, also of Brodhead, was cited for permitting an unauthorized person to drive.

- Two Brodhead males, ages 16 and 17, were arrested for underage drinking at 7:09 p.m. Thursday, May 24, in the 1200 block of 4th Street.

- Cheryl A. Sterner, 68, Beloit, was cited for speeding at 4:50 p.m. Friday, May 25, in the 100 block 23rd Street.

- Jack W. Hinsey, 27, Beloit, was cited for driving a vehicle without insurance at 11:14 p.m. Friday, May 25, in the 1400 block of 1st Center Avenue.

Monroe Police

MONROE - Curtis J. Gerber, 28, Monroe, was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct at about 10:15 p.m. Friday, May 25, following a domestic disturbance in the 2700 block of 8 1/2 Street. He was jailed.

- Christopher A. Humphrey, 26, Monroe, was arrested in the 500 block of 8th Avenue at about 7:15 p.m. Saturday, May 26, on warrants issued by the Monroe Police Department and Green County Sheriff's Department for failure to appear in court. He was jailed.

- Rose M. Schmidt, 82, Monroe, was cited for failing to yield right-of-way following a two-vehicle collision in the 600 block of 8th Street at about 4:15 p.m. Friday, May 25, after she reportedly hit a vehicle driven by Lucinda K. Schubert, 59, Lena, Ill. No injuries were reported, and there was moderate damage to both vehicles.

- A gas drive-off of $50.01 was reported at 3:15 a.m. Friday, May 25, at Stop-N-Go, 1607 9th St. Arrangements were made for payment.

New Glarus Police

NEW GLARUS - Sharita L. Touray, 27, was cited for speeding at 1:15 a.m. Monday, May 21, on Wisconsin 69 at 6th Avenue.

- Andrea L. Speer, 27, Monticello, was cited for speeding at 8:26 a.m. Monday, May 21, in the 1100 block of Wis. 69.

- Verena M. Vanderlei, 57, New Glarus, was cited for speeding at 6:28 p.m. Tuesday, May 22, in the 1100 block of Wis. 69.

- Nicole Marie Fabian Kelly, 24, was cited for speeding at 7:13 p.m. Wednesday, May 23, in the 1100 block of Wis. 69.

- Walter S. Zimmerman, Jr., 54, Madison, was cited for driving with a revoked license and driving without vehicle insurance at 11:54 a.m. Thursday, May 24, at 2nd Street and 4th Avenue.

- Joshua M. Heisig, 25, Mount Horeb, was cited for driving with a suspended license and failure to register a vehicle at 6:46 p.m. Thursday, May 24, after police stopped him on Wis. 69 at 6th Avenue for not displaying registration plates.

- Michael H. Bjoin, 63, Janesville, was cited for speeding at 12:10 p.m. Friday, May 25, in the 1100 block of Wis. 69.

- Madeline S. Fischer, 16, Blanchardville, was cited for an expired registration at 4:37 p.m. Friday, May 25, at Wis. 69 and 6th Avenue.

- Alfred Randolph, 48, Mount Horeb, was cited for driving with a revoked license at 5:41 p.m. Saturday, May 26, after police stopped him for failure to stop at a stop sign on Hoesly Drive at Industrial Drive.

- Arrielle C. Opotowsky, 26, Madison, was cited for speeding at 8:17 p.m. Sunday, May 27, on Wis. 69 at 6th Avenue.

Green County Sheriff

MONROE - Travis J. Schnabel, 22, Evansville, was arrested on a charge of driving while under the influence of an intoxicant at about 2 a.m. Saturday, May 26, just outside Albany, after Albany Police called Green County deputies for assistance in stopping a truck had turned north on Edmunds Road after speeding east out of Albany on Wisconsin 59. An Albany officer located the truck in a driveway in the N6200 block of Edmunds Road. Schnabel reportedly lost control while negotiating a curve on Edmunds Road, veered down an embankment, narrowly missing trees, then hit and flew over a rock wall. The vehicle landed on its tires and came to a rest in the driveway. Neither Schnabel or his passenger, Alyssa A. Carlson, 20, Evansville, reported injuries. Both were wearing seatbelts. The truck was moderately damaged and later driven from the location. Schnabel was also cited for driving too fast for conditions, reckless driving and carrying no proof of vehicle insurance. He was released to a responsible party pending an initial court appearance.

- Robin L. Stocker-Schneider, 48, Monroe, was cited for driving while intoxicated (first offense) and driving left of center after deputies stopped a vehicle at 2:48 a.m. Saturday, May 26, in the W5200 block of County KK in the Town of Monroe. She was released to a responsible party pending an initial court appearance.

- Amber K. Kluever, 25, Deerfield, was arrested on a charge of driving while under the influence of alcohol (second offense) after deputies stopped her at 6:06 p.m. Sunday, May 27, for following another vehicle too closely on Wisconsin 104 at Wis. 59 in the Town of Albany. She was cited for following too closely and released to a responsible party pending court.



Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - Reid W. Gill, 30, Shullsburg, was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated at 1:17 a.m. Friday, May 25, on Wisconsin 23 in the Town of Darlington. He was later released to a responsible party pending court.

- Brenda J. Mick, 28, Argyle, was taken into custody on Broad Street in Argyle at 12:13 a.m. Saturday, May 26, on a Department of Corrections probation warrant. Mick was jailed.

- Logan W. Taylor, 22, Darlington, was arrested on charges of driving while intoxicated and failure to have control, and taken into custody on an outstanding warrant issued by the Platteville Police Department, after deputies responded at 2:25 a.m. Sunday, May 27, to a one-vehicle accident on County K in the Town of Darlington. Taylor was reportedly headed northbound when he failed to negotiate a curve and struck a guardrail. Taylor and his passenger, Kelton P. Prine, 20, Darlington, reported no injuries from the crash. Prine was cited for underage alcohol consumption and released to a responsible party. The 2007 Dodge truck Taylor was driving was moderately damaged. Taylor was unable to post bond for his warrant and was turned over to Platteville police.

- Justin A. Husemann, 20, Dodgeville, was taken into custody at 9:52 p.m. Sunday, May 27, by the Dodgeville Police Department on a valid warrant issued by Lafayette County. A deputy assisted with transporting Husemann to the county jail. He was jailed pending an appearance in court.

- Melissa A. Johns, 28, Shullsburg, was arrested on charges of domestic battery and disorderly conduct at 10:40 p.m. Sunday, May 27, following an altercation with a male and another adult female at a residence on County A in the Town of White Oak Springs. She was jailed.
