Monroe Police

MONROE - Nicholas A. Pieper, 30, Monroe, was arrested in the 1700 block of 14th Street at 7:02 p.m. Tuesday on an outstanding felony warrant issued by the Freeport Police Department for failure to pay a fine. He was jailed. After a court appearance Wednesday, he was extradited to Stephenson County, Ill.

DARLINGTON - On Tuesday:

• A tree on the roadway on Walnut Road, Town of Wiota, was reported at 12:37 p.m.

• A theft was reported at 4:55 p.m. on County I in the Town of New Diggings.

• Debris on the roadway on U.S. 151, Town of Belmont, was reported at 6:40 p.m.

• Livestock on the roadway on County F, Town of Fayette, was reported at 7:30 p.m.

• Adam R. Schwartz, 17, Verona, was cited for speeding at 11:02 p.m. on Wisconsin 11, Town of Shullsburg.
