Monroe Police

MONROE - Philip D. Hoffman Jr., 29, Monroe, was arrested at 4:12 p.m. Friday for disorderly conduct and two counts of resisting an officer in the 1000 block of 16th Avenue. Hoffman was jailed pending court. Raul Alanis Escobedo, 37, Monroe, was cited for disorderly conduct and driving without a valid driver's license during the same incident. He was released pending court.

On Saturday:

• Michael K. Binder, 30, Dakota, Ill., was arrested at 12:22 a.m. for driving while intoxicated, first offense, in the 1000 block of Wisconsin 69. Binder was also cited for driving with a prohibited alcohol concentration and unsafe lane deviation. He was released pending court.

• Cesar Mario Montero Adorno, 23, Monroe, was arrested at 4:24 a.m. for domestic abuse-related disorderly conduct in the 700 block of 17th Street. Adorno was jailed pending court.

On Sunday:

• Francisco Castellanos Martinez, 25, Monroe, was arrested at 2:19 a.m. for DWI, first offense, in the 1200 block of 17th Avenue. Martinez was also cited for driving the wrong way on a one way and no valid driver's license. He was released pending court.

• Cassandra A. Padulla, 22, Monroe, was arrested at 2:19 a.m. for obstructing an officer, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia in the 1200 block of 17th Avenue. Padulla was released pending court.

• Ryan M. Richardson, 30, Brodhead, was arrested at 11:17 p.m. for two counts of bail jumping and criminal damage to property in the 500 block of 6th Street. Richardson was jailed pending court.

Green County Sheriff

MONROE - On Friday:

• Deputies made contact with a group of people at the Decatur Lake boat landing in the W700 block of Golf Course Road, Town of Decatur, that resulted in one arrest and some citations. Seth M. Olin, 18, Juda, was arrested at 1:51 a.m. for possession of hashish and drug paraphernalia. Olin was jailed pending court. Bryce C. Zettle, 20, Juda, and Tanner S. Cowan, 16, Janesville, were both cited for underage alcohol consumption, and then both were released pending court. K-9 unit Ike assisted with the investigation.

• Lonnie V. Kelley, 43, Browntown, was arrested at 3:21 p.m. at the Green County Justice Center on a Department of Corrections warrant. Kelley was jailed pending court.

• Timothy S. Miller, 27, Brodhead, was arrested at 2:20 a.m. Saturday, for DWI, second offense, misdemeanor bail jumping and a probation and parole hold after deputies checked the welfare of occupants in a vehicle on Decatur Road and Race Road, Decatur Township. Miller was also cited for non-registration of a vehicle and open intoxicants in a vehicle. He was jailed pending court. Jamie L. Splinter, 28, Monroe, was cited for open intoxicants and released pending court.

• Chelsea L. Reine, 22, Brodhead, was arrested at 9:57 p.m. Sunday, for domestic abuse-related disorderly conduct, battery and bail jumping in the N4100 block of Pine Street, Decatur Township. Reine was jailed pending court.

On Monday:

• Ryan M. Richardson, 30, Brodhead, was arrested at 11:28 a.m. in the N4200 block of Park Road, Decatur Township, after deputies were called to a residence for a disturbance. Richardson was arrested for domestic abuse-related disorderly conduct and bail jumping. He was jailed pending court. Brodhead and Albany police assisted on scene.

• Gregory T. Ehrler, 44, Freeport, was arrested at 12:24 a.m. for disorderly conduct after deputies received a call of a disturbance at Camp Sweet Mini Haha Campground off of County E, Town of Decatur. Ehrler posted bond and was released. During the same incident, an unrelated complaint of a fight in progress was received from the same location. Shane R. Fleck, 29, Janesville, was arrested for disorderly conduct at 12:35 a.m. He was jailed pending court.

• Deputies responded to the 300 block of South Garfield Street, Village of Monticello, for an unwanted subject who had threatened to arm himself with a gun. Theron J. Dailey, 21, Monticello, and Dakota C. Lorenz, 21, Monticello were both cited at 3:24 a.m. for disorderly conduct. Both were released pending court.



Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - On Friday:

• Deputies assisted the Grant County Sheriff's Department at 2:57 a.m. by responding to a residence on Truth Street, Shullsburg, to verify a possible hit-and-run accident.

• A deputy investigated a criminal damage to property complaint at 9:01 a.m. at Swift Park, Benton

• A deputy was dispatched at 1:45 p.m. for a theft report at a location on County F, Willow Springs Township. Political yard signs were found missing at several locations.

• Kurtis T. Keeney, 39, Shullsburg, was cited at 5:27 p.m. for open intoxicants in a vehicle. A passenger in the vehicle, Julie M. Culbert, 39, Shullsburg, was also cited for open intoxicants in a vehicle and littering on Wis. 11, Benton Township.

• A deputy assisted at 11:36 p.m. with sweeping up a large amount of glass at the intersection of County O and County W, White Oaks Springs Township.

On Saturday:

• A deputy responded at 2:48 p.m. to a residence on Maple Street, Blanchardville, after a 911 call was received from the location. The call was found to be the result of a child playing with the phone and there was no need for emergency services.

• Deputies assisted Darlington police at 4:10 p.m. at the scene of a DWI arrest on Main Street, Darlington.

• A deputy responded to a residence on County F, Darlington Township, after a 911 call was received from the location at 5:44 p.m. The call was found to be the result of siblings quarreling and there was no need for emergency services.
