MONROE - Brian D. Hill, 26, Monroe, was arrested for disorderly conduct, battery and strangulation at 7:48 p.m. Thursday in the 1400 block of 14th Avenue, as a result of a domestic dispute. Hill was confined in the Green County Jail pending a court appearance.

MONROE - Dana M. Casselman, 18, Monroe, was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia at 2:43 a.m. Thursday on Bloom Lane and Bethel Road in the Town of Clarno, following a stop for an equipment violation. Casselman was released pending her initial court appearance.
• Jeffrey S. Stanford 29, of Brooklyn was arrested for obstructing a law enforcement officer and an outstanding arrest warrant issued by the Iowa County Sheriff's Office for failure to pay a fine on charge of possessing marijuana at 4:52 p.m. Thursday on Wisconsin 92 near County D in the Town of Exeter, following a vehicle stop for a traffic infraction. Stanford was also cited for seatbelt violation and operating a motor vehicle without insurance. Stanford was jailed pending further proceedings.
• Armando Culin, 22, Beloit, was cited for driving a motor vehicle with a suspended driver's license and having no insurance at 5:21 p.m. Thursday in the N3300 block of County S in the Town of Sylvester. He was released pending court.
• Bobbie J. Foster, 30, Monticello, was cited for driving with a suspended driver's license, a seatbelt violation and driving a motor vehicle without insurance at 6:39 p.m. Thursday on Monroe Street at West Coates Avenue in the Village of Monticello, following a vehicle stop for a traffic infraction. Foster was released pending court.
• Jess Otis Argo, 19, Monticello, was arrested for driving a vehicle while impaired on a controlled substance at 7:49 p.m. Thursday on Wis. 92, near County X, in the Town of Exeter. Argo was cited for driving a vehicle without insurance and released to a responsible party pending court. The passenger, Josh E. Argo, 22, Monticello, was cited for seatbelt violation and released pending court.

DARLINGTON - Cody M. Helin, 18, Cuba City, was cited for a seatbelt violation at 5:59 p.m. Thursdayon Main Street in the Village of Benton.
• KaitlynR. Pustina, 23, Cuba City, was cited for a seatbelt violation at 6:47 p.m. Thursday on Main Street in the Village of Benton.
